As we are a very small business however with occasional difficulty keeping up with the growing demand of our brand (what an exciting problem to have!), sometimes details can be missed in quality control. We offer a 6 month warranty period from the date of your purchase and thank you for being a part of our journey and growth!
This warranty covers manufacturing faults, but does not cover neglect or wear & tear including water damage. For any warranty claim please contact bula@fonujewellery.com to have your item replaced or repaired at our discretion.
Always keep your FONU jewellery stored in a safe place, hung on a stand when you are not wearing it, and keep all jewellery away from perfume, moisturiser or hairspray. Pieces may be delicate, so care should be taken when wearing and storing. Plated items should be especially well cared for to ensure longer lasting finish.
