Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at bula@fonujewellery.com
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed with 2-5 days of payment being made. You will receive email confirmation when your items have been shipped, along with a tracking number.
Please allow 2-3 business days from time of shipping for orders within Fiji and 7-21 business days for international orders to arrive. Although most arrive sooner, please allow up to 15 working days before querying a missing parcel with bula@fonujewellery.com
